I wanted to start off by welcoming all of our visitors we had this week and in preceding weeks. With the beginning of the Fall activities at church and the promotion of our children to their new classes, many folks have been visiting new BFG classes as well and it has been a blessing to see so many new faces in our class. Just to give each of you a quick snapshot of our class.... our class was started June of 2007 by a group of us looking to plug in, grow spiritually with and become a "family" with a close knit group of adults in their 30s (some now early 40s:) with young children (preschool/early elementary). Our Directors, Todd & Sharee Sanders have 2 precious children, Olivia (5yrs) and Grant (3yrs). Our Teacher, Craig Shaver, and his wife Melissa live here in McKinney and have 3 children Joseph (10), Caroline (15) and Mackenzie (14). Most of us in class, being approximately at the same lifestage, understand the demands of raising young children which enables us to support and lean on one another. Although we all have busy schedules, we always try to fit in opportunities to Fellowship whether it be with for Family Get Togethers, adults only Date Nights (with free church child care), Guys Nights Out, and Ladies Nights out. So welcome ya'll, thanks for joining us, and we hope you'll be back next week.
To view our Class Directory including photos, addresses, phone numbers, etc., click on the January post on the left of this blog and the Directory should come up on your page (just scroll down just a bit). If anyone's information has changed or you'd like to submit a photo, please email to me at rozalyn@rrileymedia.com . Take a look at the Directory as it is a great way to put faces with names in the class!

Please pray for Luke Fowler, 3 yr old son of Lisa and Marc Fowler. He has been ill for over a week now, in and out of the hospital. They initally thought it may be Samonilla poisioning but may think it has to do with something he caught through pool water. He is having a hard time staying hydrated. Please keep this sweet little boy, as well as their family, in your prayers! Fowler_lisa@hotmail.com
